TundraGrid is being designed, assembled, and tested in Northwestern Ontario one of Canada’s most demanding environments for remote power systems. Built for real-world applications, each unit integrates solar generation, battery energy storage, intelligent controls, power distribution, heating, ventilation, and diesel generator backup within a rugged containerized platform. The project reflects the growing need for reliable, off-grid energy solutions that can support mining operations, Indigenous communities, telecommunications sites, construction projects, emergency response, and remote infrastructure across Northern Canada.
